How the Escrow Process Works

Consultation & Deal Review

We assess the transaction details from both the buyer’s and seller’s side.

Document Collection & KYC

Both parties submit the required documents. Verification usually takes 1-2 days after receiving a complete set.

Escrow Agreement Preparation

We prepare the escrow agreement and payment instructions for both sides.

Signing & Identity Confirmation

You review and hand-sign the escrow agreement. Your identity is then confirmed to approve the agreement.

Secure Transfer of Funds

Funds are deposited into the escrow account and held safely until all conditions of the agreement are met.

Completion & Fund Release

After the final verification, funds are released to the seller’s specified account (whether in the UAE or abroad) in the requested currency.
